The Challenge
The former Mark Fornes website was developed several years ago and was a static brochure-based website. The site had limited capabilities and their administrative staff had no content management tools. The site was not producing new customers because it was lacking the latest sharing and social media tools. The Mark Fornes properties were not being promoted and displayed on the site and it was not effective in communicating the current properties in the Dayton area.

The Solution
The Dayton Imaging team set up a new website with the latest content management and designed a new interface to give customers the ability to search and retrieve the latest properties available. The property search section has new features showing pictures, details, locations, square footage and acreage available. Each broker now has their own contact forms and are linked to their specific property. The administrative staff was trained to manage and contribute to the daily activities of the business with ease-of-use editing tools and search engine friendly pages.
