- carry a web design from concept to completion
- expertise with graphics programs including adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, etc.
- have strong typography, color and layout skills
- able to complete work in a timely manner with little to no supervision
- clear communication skills when addressing a client and colleagues in both oral and written forms.
- defend design ideas and concepts with a willingnes to learn
- receptive to criticism and engage in a team environment
- must possess excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- bachelors degree in graphic design or related studies
- 5+ years of professional experience in web and multimedia design is preferred

- working knowledge of php and mysql
- skilled in website buildout using modern day standards, including html5 and css3
- basic understanding in javascript libraries, particularly mootools
- troubleshoot and find issues with a website during build out, deployment and active stages.
