The Challenge
The website service provider was not developing to their standards and was not bringing a professional service. This Dayton landmark needed a professional website partner with timely services and technical know-how to meet the high standard in food service that they have provided over the last 40 years. The current site has a menu with location information and phone numbers. They wanted the ability to post employee news, specials, coupons, expansion of locations, enhanced menu options, contact information for each location with dynamic directions tools and forms for feedback.
The Solution
We are developing a new design for this website, utilizing architecture and color from each location for Marions Piazza. A coupon component is being developed to offer their customer exclusivity and a photo gallery tool for showing these customers enjoying their food. A dynamic menu was set up to manage and develop new menu items and content management was set up for on-going page management. Training and support continues with this customer as they have need and want to accelerate their company to new heights in customer service.
